InDesign displays placed images and graphics in low resolution by default, but this can be changed in just a few easy steps.
- Note the jagged edges around the performer's silhouette.

- To see all images in the document as they would print or appear in a PDF, go to the View menu, then Display Performance and choose High Quality Display.

- Note the difference around the edges.

- The display resolution of only one image can be changed by selecting the image frame, then going to the bottom of the Object menu to Display Performance and choosing High Quality Display.
