What are training vouchers?
Vouchers are prepaid credits that can be used instead of a card payment for Webucator’s on-demand training.
Each course requires a set number of vouchers based on its length. That voucher requirement applies to each student enrolled in the course.
After purchasing a voucher package, you’ll receive the voucher information by email and can choose Pay with vouchers during checkout.
Cancellation policy
Live Online Training
If we cancel a class, which rarely happens, students registered for that class can choose either:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling for a later class if one is offered.
If a student cancels, the cancellation policy depends on the amount of notice given:
- 14 or more days: No cancellation fee; a full refund is provided.
- 13 or fewer days: No refund. If possible, we will offer the option to reschedule to a future class. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is only available when a date appears on our retake schedule.
Please note: If your class starts on or before Aug. 27, 2026, no refund will be given if you cancel.
Self-paced Training
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund within 72 hours of purchase for any reason, as long as you have not completed more than 25% of the course.
After 72 hours from your initial registration, we will not issue a refund.
