How to Jump from One Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation to Another
See Microsoft PowerPoint: Tips and Tricks for similar articles.You can use a hyperlink or button to link to another presentation so you can quickly access it while you are presenting. To jump to another PowerPoint presentation, just follow these five steps.
This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft PowerPoint: 2010, 2013, and 2016.
- Highlight the text that you want to serve as the hyperlink.
- Right-click and select Hyperlink.
- In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, ensure that Existing File or Web Page is selected.
- Browse to the presentation you want to link to and select the file.
- Click OK.
This creates a link to the secondary presentation which is visible and clickable in Slide Show view.
