In class, you will become comfortable with the most important PowerPoint tools. First, you will get hands-on exploring the PowerPoint environment and creating a presentation. Then, you will format text to enhance clarity and add professional-looking graphics to capture interest. You will add tables and charts to present data in a structured, easy-to-read format. By this point, you have the skills to make great presentations!
Once you've mastered creating a basic presentation, you will focus on finalizing and sharing your amazing work! Class wraps up with tips on views, sections, transitions, speaker notes, and print options. The instructor will also show you how to run the slideshow with ease.
PowerPoint Version: This course primarily targets PowerPoint 365 and PowerPoint 2021; however, we draw attention to features that are not supported in earlier versions of PowerPoint, and point out alternative options, when available.
