How to Use the Quick Analysis Tool in Microsoft Excel

Use the Quick Analysis tool to convert your data quickly and easily into a chart or table.
This feature works the same in Microsoft Excel 2013 and 2016.
- Select the cells of data that you want to analyze.

- Notice the Quick Analysis Tool icon that is displayed at the bottom of the data. Click it.

- Roll over each option in the Quick Analysis gallery to see a preview.

- To select an option, click it.
