If you need your workbook to be available to an international audience, follow these steps for displaying data in a different international format in Excel.
This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft Excel: 2010, 2013, and 2016.
- From the Home tab, select Format in the Cells group and then select Format Cells.

- Select Date or Time from the Category list.

- From the Locale drop-down list, select a location and click OK.
