Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) is a hands-on course for Product Owners, Product Managers, and others who want to strengthen their approach to product ownership with Scrum. The course explores how Professional Scrum supports a shift from a project mindset to a product mindset and how Product Owners connect business strategy with product development to help Scrum Teams create valuable products.
Throughout the course, you will examine product vision, Product Goals, Sprint Goals, stakeholder and customer collaboration, value measurement, quality, and Product Backlog management. You will also explore the Product Owner's accountabilities and techniques for forecasting and release management while developing practical ways to align product development with business strategy and customer needs. The course prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification.
