Professional Scrum Product Owner™ - Advanced (PSPO-A) is a hands-on course for experienced Product Owners and Product Managers who want to expand their ability to lead products and deliver value. Building on core Product Ownership concepts, the course uses discussion, case studies, and exercises to explore the different stances a professional Product Owner can adopt when navigating everyday product challenges.

Throughout the course, you will deepen your understanding of Agile Product Management while exploring ways to establish product vision, validate hypotheses, work effectively with different types of stakeholders, and make value-focused product decisions. You will also examine complementary practices that help Product Owners adapt their approach to different situations and continue developing their product leadership capabilities. The course prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification.
