Microsoft 365 Super User is designed for professionals who want to build confidence across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and use its connected apps more effectively for everyday work. The course introduces the Microsoft 365 cloud environment before exploring practical ways to manage and share content with OneDrive, work with Outlook, Word, and OneNote, create and manage SharePoint Online sites, organize tasks with To Do and Planner, and collaborate through Microsoft Teams.

Learners will also work with video in Clipchamp, discover and share information through Microsoft Search, Sway, and Engage, and explore how the Power Platform and Microsoft Forms can support reporting, app creation, workflow automation, surveys, and business processes. Hands-on exercises throughout the course reinforce key skills, including managing cloud content, collaborating in SharePoint and Teams, creating video content, building communities, and developing a custom time-off solution using Microsoft 365 tools.
