Course Overview

Build intermediate Microsoft Project skills through an in-depth exploration of task scheduling, dependencies, resource management, project tracking, costs, customized views, and reporting. Learn to manage resource pools, analyze the critical path, resolve overallocations, establish baselines, and work with master projects and subprojects.
