Our journey continues with the essentials of Library Basics. This section teaches you to create and manage libraries, including document libraries and asset libraries. You’ll also explore document versioning and learn to check out, delete, and restore documents, ensuring you can efficiently manage your team’s documentation.
We then explore Working with Lists and Library Views. Here, you’ll discover how to utilize default views and create custom views to improve accessibility and organization of data. Practical exercises reinforce these concepts, allowing you to practice creating and managing views.

Integration with Microsoft Office applications is covered in the Office Integration lesson. You'll learn to import and export data to and from Excel, create alerts, and connect to Outlook. These skills ensure seamless collaboration and data synchronization for your team.
The Managing SharePoint Site Permissions lesson explains SharePoint groups, assigning permissions, and managing permissions inheritance, equipping you to maintain secure access to your SharePoint sites.
The course concludes with participating in User Communities. You'll configure user profiles and My Sites, and manage newsfeeds. These skills foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your organization.
