Course Overview

Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) is an interactive course for experienced Scrum practitioners who want to improve the flow of work within Professional Scrum by applying complementary Kanban practices. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, you will explore how visualization, Work in Progress limits, active management of work, and continuous inspection and adaptation can improve how a Scrum Team works.

Throughout the course, you will learn to visualize workflow, use flow data and a Service Level Expectation to improve predictability, apply Kanban practices during Scrum events, and address common flow challenges by actively managing Work in Progress. The course helps teams use Scrum and Kanban together while maintaining the Scrum framework and focusing on transparency, collaboration, self-management, and delivery. It prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) certification.
