Course Overview
Professional Agile Leadership™ - Evidence-Based Management™ (PAL-EBM) is an interactive course for leaders and others who want to use evidence and empiricism to guide organizational decisions. The course introduces the Evidence-Based Management framework and explores how goals, measures, experimentation, and adaptation can help organizations navigate uncertainty while improving customer outcomes, organizational capabilities, and business results.
Throughout the course, you will examine how goals and measures influence behavior, culture, and values; how trust and clear goals support autonomy; and how empiricism can be used as a leadership approach. You will also learn how the Evidence-Based Management Key Value Areas can focus measurement on market value and operational capabilities while supporting evidence-based decisions. The course prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) certification.
