Course Overview
Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials™ (PAL-E) is designed for managers and other leaders who are responsible for introducing, supporting, or strengthening agility within an organization. Rather than serving as an introduction to Scrum, the course focuses on the leadership behaviors and organizational environment needed to help Agile teams and ways of working succeed.
Throughout the course, you will explore how agility can improve organizational performance, the challenges teams encounter during Agile transformation, and the changes leaders may need to make in their management style. You will examine self-managing teams, Agile maturity, the relationship between values and goals, and ways to measure the benefits and impact of agility. The course prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification.
