Applying Professional Scrum™ (APS) is a hands-on course for individuals and teams who want to build, refresh, or strengthen their understanding of Professional Scrum. Through discussion, team-based exercises, individual reflection, and working in Scrum Teams over a series of Sprints, you will experience how Scrum differs from traditional plan-driven approaches and how experimentation, incremental delivery, feedback, and strong team dynamics support agility.

Throughout the course, you will explore the fundamentals of Scrum, develop an Agile mindset focused on professionalism and outcomes, and practice ways to apply Scrum effectively with your team. You will also learn to recognize common pitfalls, use proven practices to strengthen your application of Scrum, and identify practical first steps for putting Professional Scrum into action. The course helps prepare students for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.
