Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development™ (APS-SD) is a hands-on course for Scrum Team members involved in developing and delivering software-based systems. Students work collaboratively as Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters while experiencing how Scrum, modern Agile engineering practices, and supportive DevOps tools can work together to build and deliver high-quality, valuable software.

Throughout the course, you will work through realistic software development challenges while applying Scrum and complementary engineering practices. The course explores areas such as the definition of Done, backlog management, code quality, technical debt, Agile architecture, testing practices, and DevOps, helping learners understand how technical practices and Scrum reinforce one another in professional software delivery. The course prepares students for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Developer I (PSD I) certification.
