Class Prerequisites

Experience in the following is required for this Azure class:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and platform services, including virtual machines, virtual networks, load balancers, Blob Storage, Azure Files, and managed disks.
  • Understanding of on-premises and cloud virtualization, including virtual machines, virtual networking, and virtual hard disks.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, virtual private networks, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
  • Understanding of Active Directory concepts.
  • Experience working in Linux or Unix environments.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP applications and technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP BW, and operating systems used for SAP application and database servers.
  • Understanding of SAP HANA deployment and configuration.
  • Hands-on SAP HANA administration experience.
