Course Overview

Operations professionals keep organizations running: they synthesize data, manage cross-team communication, keep projects and vendors on track, and prepare leadership for decisions. This workshop focuses on the two things that define ops work: making sense of incoming information quickly, and keeping people and processes moving forward. Participants will learn how to apply AI tools to work faster without sacrificing the judgment that makes operations teams successful.

No technical background is required. The course is tool-agnostic and can be delivered using whichever AI platform your organization already uses, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. Examples are drawn from real operations workflows. This course is taught from a tool-usage perspective and does not cover operations strategy, compliance requirements, or domain-specific subject-matter expertise. Participants should continue to rely on qualified professionals and established standards for all regulatory and business-critical decisions.

  • Apply AI to recurring tasks including data analysis, forecasting, inbox management, and process documentation
  • Draft operational communications, reports, and documentation using AI as a writing and editing partner
