Course Overview

This workshop is designed for teams that have started using AI tools individually and want to turn those individual successes into shared, reliable assets that anyone on the team can use. Participants will learn how to structure a master prompt, separate reusable instructions from task-specific inputs, and distribute prompts with enough context that a teammate can get consistent results without starting from scratch.

The session also covers how to improve consistency and reduce redundancy across a team using shared projects or workspaces within AI platforms. Teams will learn to centralize instructions, context, and assets. The course can be delivered for private groups using their preferred tool: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. Participants leave with a structured master prompt, a documentation approach their team can adopt, and a clear plan for organizing shared AI work at the project level.
