Course Overview

This instructor-led class is intended to help managers and leaders be effective when their teams use Scrum. Through a combination of presentation, discussion, and team activities, attendees will learn how their role changes, from directing the work to enabling self-managing teams, delegating with intent, and measuring success by outcomes instead of output.

Who should take this class?
This course is intended for anyone who leads people or teams that use Scrum: line managers, development and functional managers, directors, executives, and PMO leaders. No prior Scrum experience is required, though the course is most powerful for those leading teams that are already Sprinting.
