MD-101T01 - Deploying the Modern Desktop
In this Deploying the Modern Desktop training class, students will learn how to plan and implement an operating system deployment strategy. This course will help you understand the various methods available, the scenarios they're suited for, as well as how to deploy Windows using modern methods. This course will also cover planning and implementing an update strategy for Windows.
This course was designed for IT Professionals who manage and deploy desktop operating systems their organization.
This is the first in a series of three courses for the Modern Desktop Administrator. These courses help learners prepare for the Modern Desktop Administrator exam (MD-101).

Experience in the following is required for this Microsoft 365 Administration class:
- Familiarity with M365 workloads and strong skills and experience of deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices. The MDA role focuses on cloud services rather than on-premises management technologies.
