This organizational inclusion seminar brings people together by providing an overview to principles like trust, executive responsibly, and celebrating uniqueness. Diversity and inclusion are not one in the same, and neither happen through osmosis. To make employees feel more included, appreciated and safe in the workplace initiatives must be targeted to achieve specific results.
By the end of this training, students will have the knowledge to incorporate inclusion behaviors in their daily life. Students will be ready to apply action strategies immediately after the class.
