Course Overview
This workshop introduces generative AI and Microsoft Copilot to professionals who are new to AI tools or who have Copilot available through Microsoft 365 and want to use it more effectively. No technical background is required. Participants will learn how large language models work, how to write prompts that get better results, and how to apply Copilot to the everyday tasks they already do across the Microsoft 365 suite. The course is practical throughout, with examples drawn from familiar tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to use Microsoft Copilot confidently within their existing Microsoft 365 workflow. The workshop closes with a brief overview of Copilot's integration points across the suite, giving participants a clear picture of where the tool adds the most value.
