Confident speakers are better able to engage their audience, communicate their message more effectively and build professional credibility. This one day course blends theory with practice, helping to reduce the fear and anxiety around public speaking, by exploring the self-limiting beliefs holding us back. As a result, it will enable you to improve your confidence by overcoming those fears, opening yourself to learning and unlearning, and attracting opportunities that will enhance your professional image.
This one-day course can also be delivered as two half-days.
