Course Overview
A difficult conversation is a situation in which at least two parties are engaged, where there are differing opinions, feelings and emotions run strong and the consequences or stakes are significant. It is a topic the majority of leaders either tend to avoid or get wrong because they don’t have the skills or knowledge to have these conversations effectively. This course will fill those knowledge gaps, provide you with the skills and improve your competence in the ability to give feedback constructively to drive performance in the workplace.
This is a half-day course.
