Course Overview
To communicate with impact requires an understanding of the communication process, how it can breakdown and the ability to recognize our different communication styles to enable more positive, impactful and influential interactions in the workplace. When we explore our different communication styles, it gives us a common language to further understand each other and see others’ perspectives. This one day course will give you the knowledge and skills to transform your communication skills immediately by improving your capacity to resolve conflict, make decisions, solve problems and influence others.
This course can also be delivered as two half-days.
