This Problem Solving Skills for Professionals class examines the five steps in the problem-solving process and delves into what the learner should know to solve any problem that he or she may encounter. Students will examine the various methods for defining the problem, which is an often-overlooked but important first step in the process. From there, students will learn how to generate a solution, as well as come up with alternative solutions. They will look at how to implement their chosen solution, and then how to analyze that solution to determine if it is indeed the right one, as well as gather any lessons learned to apply to future problems.

If you've ever taken an on-line course before that wasn't Webucator you are in for a pleasant surprise. The individual attention and pacing is more like an on-site course than a web offering.

Webucator gave me more extension information for a Site Administrator than I have received anywhere else.

I felt the Advanced Illustrator training course was very helpful to my design needs and has definitely elevated my personal skill level of the software.

This course offers online training that is every bit as good as anything you'd get in the classroom, with friendly instructors and solid classroom material, but for a fraction of what you'd pay for other classes that cover the same material.
