Course Overview
In today’s fast changing and uncertain climate, a leader can no longer be expected to know it all. It has been long recognised that ‘command and control’ doesn’t build capability and provides little opportunity for learning and development. Adopting a coaching approach equips leaders with the skills to develop their employees effectively and to maximise their potential. When we create a coaching culture it enriches careers, encourages self-directed learning, scales development and stretches employee’s capabilities. This course will improve your ability to coach individual performance, strengthen communication and problem-solving in the workplace and help to identify and develop your high potential employees.
This is a half-day course.
