Course Overview
Striving to create resilient high performing teams is one of the few remaining competitive advantages available to organizations who are looking to stay ahead of the rest. But cohesive, functional teams are not formed without intention. All teams are potentially dysfunctional and no team is perfect. We will explore Patrick Lencioni’s model for developing cohesive teams. This course will enable team members to recognise and embrace shared concerns allowing them to establish a strong foundation of vulnerability-based trust. This is essential for teams working virtually. It will enable leaders to harness this trust to channel the power of conflict, commit to shared goals, hold each other accountable, and ultimately deliver better results together.
