  1. Let us assume that remotecourse.com is a startup company. Using the reports available in the Traffic sources category check whether their brand awareness increased over a period from Jan 2008 to Jan 2009.
  2. In addition to the above task, determine what types of visitors (new vs. returning) constitute the total amount of direct traffic. What does this information convey to you in context to checking brand awareness?

  1. From the Analytics Setting Screen select the Webucator account.
  2. Select www.remotecourse.com as the profile to work on.
  3. From the report navigational panel select the Traffic Sources category.
  4. Select the subcategory as Direct Traffic.
  5. Select the appropriate date range to compare results.
