In this exercise, you will develop thoughts on your company's Facebook branding.
If you currently have a company page, what might you change about how your brand image is viewed on Facebook? If your company does not have a company page, how might you portray your company's brand on Facebook?
The important part of this discussion is to decide on which branding avenue to take with your Facebook page.....and stick with it. Companies need to set the tone for interaction among its followers. This will guide the follower's engagement with the brand on Facebook.....are they encouraged to have fun responses? Or are they pushed to stick with a serious tone? These are important considerations.
Let's take a quick look at another example from Luvs Facebook page.
As you can see from the screenshot above, they are taking a more serious approach, mixed in with a little fun. They are setting the tone that their page allows serious discussions among like-minded moms. But, if you were to check out their Facebook page, you'll see the moms are highly engaged with the brand and have some fun as well.
Once you decide on your Facebook branding, stick with it, and get the engagement going!
