Will I receive additional help after I complete my course?

Webucator offers many support options that are included with your training. When you take a Webucator instructor-led course, you can reach out to a Microsoft instructor after class to have your questions answered. Simply send your question to sales@webucator.com, and we will direct it to an instructor. Your question must fall within the scope of the content covered in the course that you attended. Other support options may include extended access to hands-on labs, retakes, access to recordings, and self-paced on-demand courses, depending on the class you take. Please contact us for more details about the support included with your training.

Definitely recommend this avenue for instruction. Completely impressed and in a tough budget time for some industries and federal agencies, it's a fabulous alternative to sending people out of the area for training.
