Does Webucator use Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs)?

Will I receive additional help after I complete my course?
Webucator offers many support options that are included with your training. When you take a Webucator instructor-led course, you can reach out to a Microsoft instructor after class to have your questions answered. Simply send your question to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will direct it to an instructor. Your question must fall within the scope of the content covered in the course that you attended. Other support options may include extended access to hands-on labs, retakes, access to recordings, and self-paced on-demand courses, depending on the class you take. Please contact us for more details about the support included with your training.
Will Webucator courses help me prepare for Microsoft Certification Exams?
Yes, Webucator courses can help you prepare for Microsoft Certification Exams. We have all the courses you need to prep for Microsoft Role-based certifications, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, and MOS.
How long has Webucator been offering Microsoft Training?
Webucator was established in 2003 and has been offering Microsoft courses since 2004. Webucator became a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2009. Webucator has delivered thousands of classes on Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, .NET, System Center, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
Are Webucator classes hands-on?
Yes, Webucator instructor-led classes are very interactive and you will have a chance to practice in class. Classes are typically 50% instructor lecture and 50% student exercises. Both our live online training and our onsite classroom training formats follow this hands-on approach.
Do I need to install software to participate in the training?
In your Webucator Microsoft course, you will develop new skills by completing exercises with live instructor guidance. Our technical Microsoft classes (Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, Powershell, Microsoft Exchange etc.) have a remote lab environment that you will use for the training labs. To attend our Microsoft Office and Windows 10 classes, you will need the Microsoft Office software installed on your computer. If you do not already have access to the Microsoft product used in your class, you can usually access a free trial.
