The instructor did a great job taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered and was patient with me when I had him repeat things and guide me along the way.

This was a very informative class. I've been an admin for 20 years and while I knew several things covered, it was well worth my time for the things I DIDN'T know.

The Web conference format was a pleasant surprise! I had one-on-one instruction. I feel like the material was relevant, the course was well-organized, and the instructions met my needs.
