Course Overview

In this Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform Bootcamp, students will learn to deploy, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and monitor recipients, permissions, mail protection, mail flow, and public folders in both on-premises and cloud enterprise environments.

This course helps learners prepare for the Exam MS-201: Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform. This course combines the following courses:

  2. MS-201T02 - Managing Messaging Security, Hygiene, and Compliance

This is a boot camp and so scheduled break times will be cut short if necessary in order to complete all the material.

Class Prerequisites

Experience in the following is required for this Microsoft 365 class:

  • Proficient understanding of DNS.
  • Basic understanding of messaging within Exchange Server or Exchange Online.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and domain controller infrastructure along with identity management.
  • Basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services and directory synchronization.
  • At least 5 years of general IT experience.
