Viewing multiple PowerPoint presentations simultaneously is easily achieved in a few simple steps.

This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft PowerPoint: 2010, 2013, and 2016.

  1. Open all presentations on your desktop.

  2. In one presentation, select the View tab and from the Window group, select Arrange All.

  3. They now appear open on your desktop.
