Enter the WebEx Test Meeting to ensure the WebEx plug-in is installed correctly. If you have any issues:
You will need a headset for training that plugs into your computer and has a microphone. Alternatively, if you have earphones for a smartphone, they should work too. Whatever you choose to use, please be sure it is working before class so you can communicate with your instructor.
If you have any trouble setting up WebEx, try these things.
If you're using Google Chrome or Firefox, you may need to activate the WebEx plugin. See Joining a WebEx Meeting on Chrome and Firefox for details.
