In Brief...

Webucator uses WebEx for our live instructor-led online classes.

Instructions

Technical Requirements

See Operating System and Browser Support for technical requirements.

Testing WebEx

Enter the WebEx Test Meeting to ensure the WebEx plug-in is installed correctly. If you have any issues:

  • Get help. Call WebEx's 24/7 technical support team at 1-866-229-3239.
  • Try fixing it yourself. If you prefer to try fixing the issue yourself, see read on...

Headset with Microphone

You will need a headset for training that plugs into your computer and has a microphone. Alternatively, if you have earphones for a smartphone, they should work too. Whatever you choose to use, please be sure it is working before class so you can communicate with your instructor.
