How to Print Speaker Notes from a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation

After creating your speaker notes, you can print them in just four steps.

This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft PowerPoint: 2010, 2013, and 2016.

  1. From the File menu tab, select Print.
    Select Print

  2. Under Settings, select the second drop-down arrow.

  3. Under Print Layout, select Notes Pages.

  4. Click Print.
