How to Copy Assets from Other Projects in Adobe Captivate
Projects can be combined in Captivate. It's simply a matter of copying the slides from one project and pasting them into another.
- Go to the Filmstrip of the project you're copying from and click on the first slide to be copied, then Shift-click on the last slide. If want to selectively choose random slides, then Ctrl-click each additional slide.
- Press Ctrl+C to copy the slides.
- Open the project where the slides will be inserted, then go to the Filmstrip and click the slide that you want the copied slides to appear after.
- Press Ctrl+V to paste the slides.
