When you register for one of our instructor-led online PHP classes, we send you a computer headset, the courseware for class, and some other goodies. At the time of class, you simply put your headset on and log in to our web conferencing software. You can hear everything the instructor says, see the complete presentation, and ask questions at any time. Advanced PHP Training Overview

In this advanced PHP training course, students will learn advanced features of the PHP web programming language, its extensions and open source libraries for XML processing. As the technical web programming paradigm changes, more layers of abstractions are introduced by the PHP open source community. This course takes a deep dive into those areas such as XML/XSLT, XML-RPC, Smarty Templates, Web Services, Ajax and many more. This PHP course also explores the built-in advanced Object Oriented language constructs and looks at some of the best practices with all of the advanced technologies combined.

  3. Instead of installing a Web Server, Applications Server, and Database, you can select one of the following:

      • Download - Express Edition will work fine.

        1. The file you want to download is Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (Western European) - OracleXE.exe.
        2. You will need to register for a free account.
        3. Run through the Installer accepting all the defaults. Make sure to write down your password.
        4. Follow steps 1-3 of the Getting Started Guide available at the Oracle Web site
