Class Overview

In this Microsoft Project 2003 training class, you will spend the first day creating a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan. The second day, you will exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, and reuse project plan information. And on the third (optional) day, you will use Microsoft Project Professional 2003 to create, coordinate, and communicate project information in a consistent and efficient manner within the framework of an existing EPM environment.
