This Microsoft Project training class will present you with a very clear step-by-step process for setting up, tracking and reporting earned value using Microsoft Office Project 2007. It will dispel the myths that Microsoft Project is not suited for tracking and reporting earned value metrics on your project.

  • Learn to create and use a full-life cycle, PMI based, project management methodology for scheduling with MS Office Project.
  • Learn to plan, create, and review Baseline Status Track Report
  • Learn to create and manage a project resource pool.

  • Learn to assign project resources to tasks
