Getting ready for class is quick and easy. It is important that you do everything required to be ready for your class. If you have any questions, support is a click away.
About class
Most classes run from 10am to 5pm Eastern Time. You will receive two shipments prior to class – one containing your course materials and the other your headset for using the audio in our virtual classrooms.
What you must do
When you register for a class, we send a confirmation email. If you haven't received this email, check your spam filter. You must respond to that email answering the questions within.
As part of the setup process, you must complete our setup process to confirm that you are ready for class. If you do not take the steps to properly set up your computer for class, you waive the right to our money-back guarantee.
