Cancellation Policy

If we cancel a class...

Students registered for that class get a choice between:

  1. getting a full refund plus 10% of the cost of the class
  2. getting a 15% refund and rescheduling for a later class if one is offered

If a student cancels a class...

The cancellation fee depends on the amount of notice given.

21 days or more: no cancellation fee (a full refund is given)
14-20 days: cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cost of the class
8-13 days: cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the class
fewer than 8 days: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the class
