Cancellation Policy
If we cancel a class...
Students registered for that class get a choice between:
- getting a full refund plus 10% of the cost of the class
- getting a 15% refund and rescheduling for a later class if one is offered
If a student cancels a class...
The cancellation fee depends on the amount of notice given.
| 21 days or more: | no cancellation fee (a full refund is given) |
| 14-20 days: | cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cost of the class |
| 8-13 days: | cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the class |
| fewer than 8 days: | cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the class |
