Class Description
Class Overview
In this Adobe After Effects CS5 training class, students who already have experience with After Effects will learn to improve their motion graphics and visual effects by taking the rhythm of their movement and treatment of their graphical elements to another level.
Class Goals
- Master animation through the use of keyframes, motion paths, and the Graph Editor.
- Learn to blend imagery using alpha channels, masks, mattes, modes, and stencils.
- Learn to build groups and hierarchies through parenting and nested compositions.
- Learn advanced uses of type animation, paint tools and 3D space.
- Learn about new After Effects CS5 features including Roto Brush, mocha v2 for AE, and the Digieffects Freeform.

Class Prerequisites
Experience in the following areas is required:
